PVC and AluSkin doors and windows
PVC doors and windows have won a fight for its position in the market thanks to the very good price and great thermo insulation that the PVC profiles provide. They are an ecological solution based on polyvinyl chloride that can be very recycled. Doors and windows are produced from best "Aluplast" PVC profiles of German production in white color. Window frame consists of frame with 5 air chambers and wing with 6 air chambers. Stability of color and shape of profile is guaranteed at temperatures of -50 to +80 °C. Both, wing and frame are properly reinforced with zinc steel reinforcement d=1,5 mm which guarantees shape stability of the window frame. System thickness of mentioned profiles is D=70 mm. The best quality accessories from Germany are mounted on all doors and windows for its opening according to schemes. All parts of accessories visible from the outside are in white color, and rest of the parts are zinc coated and permanently protected from corrosion. Glazing is done with highest quality thermo insulation glass of float quality at customer choice. 1) "IDEAL 5000" has three gaskets in between frame and wing that means it has middle or third gasket. Heat flow coefficient of window frame made of these profiles is Uf=1,1 W/(m2K). Gaskets are made of EPDM rubber with homogeny hardness in black color. This system is ideal for family houses and apartments because of its great thermal, hydro and sound insulation. Combined with LOW-E 1.1 glass it fulfills energetic standards of so called "passive house".
2) "IDEAL 4000" has two gaskets in between frame and wing. Heat flow coefficient of window frame made of these profiles is Uf=1,2 W/(m2K). Gaskets are made of EPDM rubber with homogeny hardness in white color, extruded together with profile. This system has great quality - price ratio.At the beginning of year 2008 we have innovated in our manufacturing program profile system "Aluplast AluSkin Ideal 5000". This is a system of great performances, which joins the best characteristics of aluminum and PVC. Essentially, this is a system of PVC profiles with 7 chambers and 3 gaskets in between frame and wing with middle or third gasket. PVC profiles from system "Aluplast Ideal 5000" are from the outside coated with aluminum coat made from material AlMgSi 0,5. Surface treatment of coat is done with anode oxidation with thickness of 18-24 microns in color of the customer's choice or with powder coating in any color from RAL color scheme.
